Marketing Communications Consultant



As a consultant to CDHP and owner of Kaymar Communications, located in Playa del Rey, California, Kay provides marketing communication support to the CDHP team, particularly in the areas of copywriting and design for printed communications and Web site services. Projects include direct mail, brochures, flyers, books, newsletters, press releases, organizational identity, internal communications and more.


Kay has more than 20 years experience effectively guiding health care organizations in their marketing planning and marketing communications activities, in addition to experience in banking, high tech, home fashions, telecommunications and not-for profit. She has written to the needs of a variety of health care audiences including consumers, providers, administrators, employers, employees, and health insurance brokers and consultants.

Prior to founding Kaymar Communications, Kay held managerial and executive positions in customer service, finance and marketing at several mid-sized companies in Los Angeles and Chicago.


Kay holds a Bachelors degree from UCSD, a MSPH degree from Harvard School of Public Health and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School.
